I'm pretty sure I saw something about this on MuscleHack.com yesterday, but I can't seem to find it again. I believe Mark read a study about what the optimal way to use creatine is and get guaranteed results.
It said that you should load for 3 days and then abstain for 3 days, and make this a continuing cycle. Multiply 0.30*bodyweight for how many grams/day you should take. The best way to do this would be splitting it up into 3 different servings (1 before workout, 1 after, and 1 later in the evening).
Is this how others use creatine? Has anyone seen anything about this on MuscleHack.com?
