Too soon to tell because I did add 2 tablespoons of dextrose to my waking up stuff (AAKG, liquid B-Complex).
So it might be the Dextrose, it might be the heated Creatine, it might be just my normal killer progression towards huge muscle mass.
It really is hard to believe that my stomach acids can't dissolve the creatine on it's own. Dunno. So far, only anecdotal stuff on this subject.
That's the thing - you don't want your stomach acid to dissolve the creatine. That's what makes monohydrate more effective than ethyl ester and the o. It passes through the cellular walls via an enzymatic process, and isn't broken down in acid and digested like food. That part of it there is science behind. The cold vs. hot there isn't, just like there isn't definitive proof as to whether or not you need to induce an insulin spike to shuttle the creatine into the muscles.
