Creatine: AST Creatine Monohydrate and BSN Cellmass
Pre-workout Drink: NO-Xplode
Glutamine: AST Glutamine
Amino Acids: Animal Pak
Below is my daily diet and routine.... bare with me... I am limited on food selections because I am currently in Iraq on a deployment
4am: Protein Shake and 1/2 CLIF bar
8am: 5 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices whole wheat toast, fish oil
9am: Coffee w/ glutamine and creatine monohydrate
1130am: whole wheat wrap (tuna, cheese, mustard, lettuce, onion, tomato), broccoli, 1 slice whole wheat toast
2pm: Protein Shake and 1/2 CLIF bar
3pm: NO-Xplode
3pm-5pm: Workout
5pm: Cellmass
530pm: Progurt (yogurt with protein added)
830pm: chicken breast, broccoli, and 2 slices whole wheat toast, Animal Pak, Fish Oil
1130pm: Protein Shake and 1/2 CLIF bar
I am trying to follow the GLAD diet and has worked out very well so far. Any suggestions on the supplements I am taking or the diet plan I am currently following?
