Hey,

I'm going to buy and start the TSPA program very soon. But I have a question:
In Poland it's impossible to buy Nature's Best Protein (the 0g carb one), do you know any alternatives on it? Is it okay to use ON's Gold Whey instead?

It's "OK" to use whatever you please as long as you account for any "garbage" content. For whey though if you can get ON, the Platinum Hydro Whey is head and shoulders better if you can get it. Both products are fairly similar profile to the Nature's Best, but the Platinum is straight hydrolized why isolate, whereas the Gold contains whey peptides and whey concentrate, which don't pack quite the same bang-for-buck. I will warn you, watch your flavors on ON products, the carb count can vary pretty widely from one to the next. The Double Rich Chocolate seems to have the lowest carb count (go figure).

Also, if you can afford international shipping, The Vitamin Shoppe ships to Poland, though I am unable to confirm rates. NutraPlanet ships internationally, though I cannot confirm to Poland, and BodyBuilding.com ships to anywhere in the world, starting at $6. Nothing is "impossible" my good man - we have the Internet, and somewhere on it is some insane American willing to take 1 euro less than the next guy to get you your goods.
