Ok,so every thing i see about this supplements seems too be good .
Would anyone that has used this brand of nitric oxide supplement tell me if it help, works or if it just more crap too
buy.
I Lol have bought it already so i guess i wont let it go to waste.
Is there any side effects?

According to most research on nitric oxide products (or due to the lack of any actual benefit being demonstrated) you have just wasted your money. The main side affect is that you are now about $60 worse off. Sorry.

I think you are actually worse off for taking nitric oxide supplements if you take them as directed, in which they are taken just before workout....on an empty stomach.

Most NO-products on market are overpriced.Take seperately the key ingredients like AAK,Carnosine,L-tyrosine,Taurine,Caffeine,Maltodextrin etc... which most of there products use and make a much cheaper version with similar or even the same effect.

In any case,I prefer spending some money on cheap creatine monohydrate and whey protein powders.

Ok good too know ,i spent 30 on them at least it wasnt too bad in the pocket book,i guess i just wont take them.

Thanks allot i will just ask you guys next time.
I cant seem too gain,i eat what ever i want and the only thing that gains fat is my stomach area,i work out all the time
but ,now i am going by the book.but at 155 pounds, all i want too do is gain an extra 15, 20 pounds and tone up.
six weeks into it i see a big change for me.I have a long way too go.

6 weeks is just the beginning. If you're seeing results already imagine the transformation you will make in 6 months. Keep it up and you'll get there. Mark's THT programme and diet are great, just keep following those and you'll be fine.
