Beta-Alanine

Postby jf16 on Thu Jun 02, 2011 6:31 am

Does anyone have any research/experience related to Beta-Alanine?
I've read the study with 33 football players, and have also ready why that wasn't definitive either for or against it. I guess nothing is really "definitive" when it comes to the human body, but I would like pretty close...
So please...Any studies, research, proven theories or even personal experience?

Research - yep.
Here, here, and here are a few. As far as I know, LALA uses this one (idk about anyone else) and I'm giving it a go this training cycle.

There's the best I can do. I also read some noise about new research coming from the same doctor that proved the efficacy of creatine (damned if I remember the name, saw it referenced on T-Nation). I'll follow up later on when I got some personal experience to put with this. :)

You'll tingle when you take it btw, or at least I did. Nothing dangerous, just a bit of an odd sensation. You were warned.
