I personally stick with the basics.
Vitamins, amino acids (BCAA’s, NO2 stack, creatine, glutamine).
Whey protein, maltodextrin (post workout shake)
Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin B (before bed helps to promote growth hormone)

The best think you can do is get your diet on point and workout smart (more isn’t always better).
