Hello!!
So here is my schedule:
1) Wake up
2) intense Gym (currently on the TSPA program)
3) Post-Workout Shake
4) On the way to work, grab a latte (espresso with whole foamed milk - around 100ml coffee, 200ml milk)
I love my morning coffee, but I am willing to let it go for the better success of my TSPA program. So my question is:
does the morning latte, which come 10 minutes after the post-workout shake, influence in any way how my body reacts to the gym-session or protein-shake?
