hi, im currently taking 3teaspoons of creatine for my loading phase (this is my 3rd day) am i doing good loading creatine even when im not in training? since my training is: 1day training, 1day rest..
im using "Universal micronized creatine monohydrate".
and is it wise to mix creatine with glutamine in the morning or should i take them separately?
