Creatine loading question

hi, im currently taking 3teaspoons of creatine for my loading phase (this is my 3rd day) am i doing good loading creatine even when im not in training? since my training is: 1day training, 1day rest..

im using "Universal micronized creatine monohydrate".


and is it wise to mix creatine with glutamine in the morning or should i take them separately?

its ok to take it together..
and you are loading the right way even when you are not training that day, because its a loading phase..then after the loading, dont take creatine on nonworkout days

Not sure there is an advantage to "loading" creatine, other than time savings, but what you save in time will cost you in product.
