I have, but I'm over-cautious, so my question is the kind of "if someone who trains much less than me can take it, I can too, and if he can't, I won't take risk either". So, if I were a guy, who haven't ever exercised, only some light forms of movements, but I were never much into sport before - should I take creatine from the first day of my new, training-rich life?
PS. In reality I've always had some forms of movement, including mostly martial arts, but I had also many breaks from exercising when I was mostly sitting and surfing internet all day. If that situations changes the verdict (should I start out with creatine right away or not?), please tell me
