ive been reading that you should take creatine with simple carbs in order to get maximum benefits. obviously this inst possible on MANS so i was just wonderin how people take there creatine and if thety only take it with water does it hinder any results ?
Some people say you should, some people say you don't. Studies haven't been conclusive either way, so I wouldn't worry about it too much - I don't take it with carbs, and the creatine is still effective for me.
