I lovez teh research yes I do...
Dessicated Liver supplements are an
awesome source of vitamin B, folic acid, and natural iron. Important to note, we're talking
natural iron. Synthetic iron can kill you (seriously). Vitamin B is just generally awesome for you. You cannot overdose on it, your body can handle HUGE doses of Vitamin B, and Vitamin B is a nice cheap energy rush. Iron is iron is iron. Your body needs it to make red blood cells, but not in huge doses. This being natural iron, however, any excess (which will likely be most of it, since you are probably not anemic), will simply flush out. The folic acid, however, is the possibly useful one. It supports hematapoesis, and stimulates appetite. If you find yourself constantly under-eating, this will up your appetite, and potentially push you to where you need to be.
My personal verdict - it's not a bad supplement, but it ain't no wonder drug. If you're draggin' ass, or you're anemic, or you undereat, this might be a good idea for you. If none of those apply, it's probably just another pill in the morning.
