Go for the legal ECA stack. Go to your local pharmacy, find something that will give you around 20mg doses (you may have to take two pills, and most are around 12.5mg per tablet so you end up with 25mg), go sign the form saying that you've bought it, and come back the next month when you run out.
The dose that seemed to work for most people was around 20/200: 20mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, up to three times a day for 60mg ephedrine, 600mg caffeine.
I'll be straight up about it: I experimented with it to accelerate weight loss during my most recent twelve-week challenge. It did nothing for me except make me jittery and anxious. I was losing 2 pounds of fat a week already through rigorous diet and exercise, and ephedrine didn't help that much. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't.
I understand that ECA accelerates weight loss... but the caffeine dependency and permanent jitters aren't really worth it to me. Also when you go off it, are you going to rebound right back to where you were? Why not see what you can achieve through diet and exercise? Then if you hit a plateau, save an ECA stack for your weapon against unwanted fat that your body can't seem to shed naturally.
