Are you following any particular diet? sorry i hate the word diet... nutrional program ie mans or glad.
I would say if you are AVOID this its loaded with carbs
From my understanding of the musclehack ethos, there is way too many calories for one 'meal,' whilst i just brought up meals, from the nutritional info i would rather eat decent food then take this, like a nice spag bol in red wine sauce.... i think i just dribbled, im on mans and i havent eaten pasta for soooooo long
Sorry back to the point i think that taking this you will pack weight on but it will be mainly fat not lean muscle, to require that amount of calories in one sitting you would already need to be pretty big
