Hard Gainer Mass Fury

Postby glen666 on Wed Jan 07, 2009 3:19 pm

I made a sligt newbie error last week buying protein which I thought was good as it had 41grams but the carb content is pretty high over 30grams. There is maybe 30 days supply left as it was a big tub.

The question is should i ditch the whole thing or can I work with this suppliment? Im trying to strip fat and build some bulk at the same time, the only thought I had with it is to of set the extra carbs with some quick hard cardio after my weight workout. My goal is sub 10% bf for the summer months.

My stats atm are as follows -

178.8lbs - 21% (Calapers) - 22.8% Scales. 5'8 28 years old.

I did the same thing, buying GNC whey protein.

Look, it's up to you whether you want to use it or sell it. What I did was that I used it, but limited myself to half a serving (20g protein/7g carb) and then just restricted my other carbs for the day to account for it.

Inside two months I'd used it up. Looking back, now that I use low-carb and zero-carb Isopure whey protein, I think I'd have been much better off just giving away the protein and chalking it up as a $50 mistake :)
