should i use muscle milk days i dont workout? and should i take it before or after i workout or after

You can take your protein nutrition supplement anytime you like but try to keep to one or two servings a day. Most common time is straight after your workout you need a quick shot of high protein.

If you are not working out try to get most of your protein from real quality whole foods. Protein powders are only to supplement our diet mainly if you are in a rush or find it hard to get enough protein through the day but try not to make it a staple thing.

That's FIFTEEN NET CARBS. HALF as much protein as is in the damn thing. Insulin spike in a bottle much? I can see maybe on your carb up days if you're doing MANS, and I'm sure the glycemic index on this is silly and puts it out of the question on GLAD, so, really, DON'T DRINK THE CRAP.

Almost twice the protein, a third the carbs and a third the sugars, and a lil fiber never hurt nobody. To say nothing of the dent this makes in your caloric intake if you find you have a hard time hitting the amount you need. However, I must readily admit that this is ripped clean off of Mark's monster shake - but with our colonial heavy cream in place of the imperial double cream. :mrgreen:

So basically... garbage product is garbage! :lol:

Kills me that the damn distributors send these drop dead gorgeous girls into the gyms in my area to pass out samples... I mean, come on, of course the average straight guy is going to accept whatever the pretty blond in spandex with giant ta-tas offers him... but really, if that's the level of marketing they have to do to keep their sales figures up, oughta tell you something about what they're hawkin'....
