I think if you take l-glutamine on an empty stomach an hour or so before creatine, or creatine an hour or so before glutamine, you're alright. I personally use creatine before a workout and glutamine after a workout with my protein shake.

?? That seems to go directly against what Mark says in TSPA about the post workout shake.
He says take 50g protein, 5g creatine and 5g glutamine right after your workouts.
