L Glutamine

Do you really need an L Glutamine supplementation to make your muscles bigger and leaner? and what's it used for?

The argument for taking Glutamine is that about 60% of all muscle in the body, including intestinal muscle is made up of the stuff. Therefore it is an important amino acid. I have read lots of articles claiming that supplementing with it usless as well though. The argument either way has not been fully followed through yet. That said I take it. At the moment i take it once a day, with my casien shake at night. The reason i only take it once a day at the moment is that i also take a NO product and Glutamine can interfere with the effectivness of NO products. Glutamine and Creatine also have an absorbtion problem when taken together. So if you are taking both take them about an hour apart.

From your point of view, did it really increase your muscle mass? And would you recommend me to use it as a supplement?

Yes i would take it. And yes i feel i get better muscle growth from it.

Do you take Glutamine and creatine on a cutting diet? If so would you recommend it to someone that is 3 weeks into the THT program?

I don't take Creatine when cutting, because i like to see the results in their fullest and the Creatine adds water weight. I do take Glutamine. If i'm using NO product, which i am at the moment, i only take gluatamine in my night time shake. If i'm not taking a NO product, i take it with every shake.
