Nope. Both are beneficial, but not in the same ways.
ZMA = Zinc monomethionine aspartate. The B6 and Magnesium are in the supplement to aid absorption. ZMA is demonstrated to correlate with mass and strength gains and increased GH production when taken on an empty stomach before bed.
Magnesium with Zinc = Magnesium with chelated Zinc. Magnesium and Zinc are demonstrated to directly support ATP synthesis when taken either as a daily supplement or pre-workout.
Slightly different compounds, somewhat different immediate benefits, different dosing - though both are beneficial. You could do both if you wanted - and you probably already are. A lot of good quality broad spectrum multivitamins contain zinc and magnesium, and you should already be on one of those.
