Mct oil

I just bought Mct Oil. I was just wondering if anyone knew when to take this product? I'm not sure if it's best with breakfast or the meal before my workout.

Take at anytime of the day. Most people add it to a protein shake in morning or before bed or as a pre workout meal is fine as the the MCT oil is sat fat which will slow absorption of the protein which is fine for a pre workout but would not add this MCT oil in your post workout shake as we want a fast absorption of the protein.
