I almost always use pre and post workout supps. The deal is you have to find the one that works for you. Don't be sold on the advertising. Alot of times you can purchase the main ingredient far cheaper then what these companies sell there products for. L-Arginine for instance. Real cheap by itself, but unfortunately it tastes like s**t and the aftertaste is gross. Don't breathe near anyone or they will never look at you the same.
But seriously, I like NO-Shotgun and Synthesize for my pre, post workout supps. when I am low carbing. Some people can't stand how the beta alinine makes them feel. All tingly. It has all your bases covered. Energy, pumps, protein and tastes pretty descent. But remember my friend, this is just my opinion.
