Hey guys,

As mark suggested as well as a lot of other guys, is to add a bit of Creatine to your supplements list.

Now I understand the loading phase and cycling and how it works with the ATP and so on, but here is my question:

I tried out MuscleTech Creakick Hardcore as my mates had amazing results on that product. Cycling it one month on one month off. And being new to BB I bought a bottle to see some great "instant gratification Gains" :) My mates picked up weight very quickly using that. However, When I took my first dosage, Half way through the Month I hadn't picked up anthing. Needless to say, I eat correctly. (Six Meals GLAD diet style- Four meals and two replacement shakes ) and supplementing Creakick... I'm entering Week 8 of TA 2.0 and Yesterday I weighed in at 60KG from 58KG. So in 8 Weeks I effectively only put on 2 kilos.

Finally having broken the 60 mark which was kinda my goal, I'm still pretty bleek about the "slow" progress. I train like a MOFO. Taking Hypertrophy, Progressive Overload etc into account. The only thing I can sy is that I'm getting stronger but it doesn't feel like The Creatine is working in my body. I've read articles that 20-25% of the population are non reagions to creatine. I think I'm one of them sadly. I naturally have hectic energy so I think i pop the pills and they go straight back out.

Do you have any advice on an alternative "creatine like substance" that will have similar results to fairly decent gains?

I know supplements don't gratify simple hard work and a good diet, but I'd like to have a bit of a boost just to keep me slightly more motivated.

Any ideas?

Thanks
