I use this stacked with ZMA.
It seems to be giving me gains (versus when I didn't use it in my diet) but they're mostly due to the intensity and focus you get with testo boost.
I'm thinking of adding Longjack to the stack as it's supposed to be great at boosting testo even more.
At 41 years young, I need all the help I can get, compared to you "younger" guys, especially losing the belly and love handles.
I'm definately becoming stronger and more muscular (deadlift 125kgs, squat 140 kgs) but my upper body is lagging behind my lower.
Must get into Mark's workout plan for upper body strength this week.
