I'm curious about how much effect Casein protein during sleep time has on muscle mass development.
I've been taking it religiously for the last 2 cycles but I'm thinking that it makes me get up in the middle of the night to pee too much, and sometimes I'm so wired I just wake up from tension.
I don't see Mark mentioning the stuff, but it is a big staple in the body building arena.
I seemed to sleep better when I ran out of Casein and I was substituting with non-fat cottage cheese.
