Ive been looking around and I can get this for £14.99
just wanted to know if its low enough in carbs and if its at all similar to the stuff mark recommends.

That sounds pretty good. I know some people like to use the no carb isopure but Mark also recommends ON. Which is what I use and have had great results. It has a little more carbs and less protein. So I think your good with your protein. I would buy it and try it out.

Yea, two grams of carbs for a protein shake is not bad at all.
