Until now I've used just whey protein isolate, but I've heard that glutamine can help, and I have some questions.
My daily intake of whey protein was 1 shake in the morning after waking up ( 1 cup ) and one cup after workout. Now I want to also take Glutamine and on the box it says : 4 pills in days when you don't work out, and 4x2 pills in days when you are working out. Could someone what is the best way to take them, and I'm concerned that I could take to much.
