I've used the frozen unsweetened puree in smoothies, but it's rather expensive and it's high in fat, which I can't justify spending fat calories on fruit! Not that you should worry about something being high in fat on MANS/TSPA, but I personally have to count calories even on low-carb and fat racks up the calories faster than protein gram for gram.
At this early stage of the game, acai is nothing you need to spend your money on, even if there would be some kind of benefit. Don't worry about the last 1% until the first 99% is taken care of.
