I apologize if this has been asked and answered. I purchased and have been following TSPA to the letter. I've lost 7 pounds of fat in the first 2 weeks! My question is, as my overall weight and body fat decreases should I be adjusting my RMR calculations and my overall calorie intake? My goal is to cut 20 total pounds, but it seems to me that if I start with a calorie intake at my top weight, that number should come down with my new, lower body weight and body fat percentage. Thank you for any insight!
