Quick question - is their any reason why having 4 whey protein shakes a day on MANNS diet is bad?
I add olive oil to each shake. Including the shakes I still hit the correct macro's: 65% fat 35% protein and 26 grams carbs. I get 12 grams carbs from the whey protein, so not much left many veggies. But I prefer fiber drinks anyway. So in terms of macro's i'm spot on. But I wonder if their is any chance that whey protein may be vulnerable to being converted to glycogen? etc?
Anyway, been on the AD diet for 6 weeks, dropped BF% down to 15% and weight from 94kgs to 90kgs. With muscle gain.. Loving the results
