Cripes, yes! Mimic the Outback Steakhouse Alice Springs Chicken and you will probably stuff a whole day's calories in your face at one go!

How about chicken cordon bleu? http://www.lowcarbluxury.com/recipes/re ... ken06.html
Chicken divan? http://www.low-carb-diet-recipes.com/at ... _divan.htm
King Ranch chicken? http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/lowca ... icken.html

Anything with cream, butter, cheese, bacon, etc. would probably fit the bill. Chicken a la king, chicken stroganoff (use tofu shiratake noodles), chicken parmagiana with low-carb tomato sauce. Fajitas with gobs of sour cream, guacamole and cheese. Wings with a butter-based wing sauce. Chicken salad with mayo. Chicken Quesadillas with low-carb tortillas. Chicken carbonara (again with the shiratake noodles). And on, and on...

those chicken recipes look delicious. thanks. BTW, i made the pumpkin muffins yesterday and they came out great. I used almond meal instead of flaxseed and baked it in the oven. Im going to try add some soy isolate powder to improve the consistency next time.

Glad you liked them! Almond meal is a great addition/change. I also sometimes mix flaxmeal, almond meal, wheat bran and Carbquik in various combinations to get the nutritional facts where I want them for that day. I'm always trying to minimize my protein, but if you want to add some, it shouldn't hurt AT ALL! :)
