Everyone that has ever started a low carb diet after having over-consumed carbs feels this way. There's a ton of names for it, such as "atkins flu". Basically, you can think of it as your body adjusting to the new energy source -- fat.
In another week or two, you'll get your energy back, and you'll feel better than you ever have. That's just how it works. It's up to you to stick with it for another little while, because it's worth it in the end. Most everyone that has gotten to that point agrees.
So, I hope it's at least somewhat comforting knowing that you're not the only one that has gone through that.
