I dont think they are saying fats are bad, fats are good in a controlled manner, proteins are good in a controlled manner, and so are carbs, vegetables are an excellent source of nutrition they contain so much natural goodness and are vital to the body for these reasons you could eat as much vegetables as you like in a day because they are so low in calories which can keep you satisfied on a low calorie diet, Most bodybuilders dont even count vegetables towards their caloric needs in a day. You could eat 100g of chicken or carbs in one snack but could you sit down and eat 100g of veg without feeling full.
