Yeh, what a list, heaps to pick from. I would add papaya and pineapple. They really help protein digestion, especially as you get older, and are loaded with antioxidants, flavonoids, vitamin C, promote healing, etc, etc.

Plus I would add raw cream, and unsalted, full cream butter. Again the cream helps use protein properly, especially whey. And has a powerfull, positive effect on hormones, growth, maintenance and fat burning.

What particular qualities classifies all these as "bodybuilding foods"? There seems to be so much food listed there, honestly what isn't a bodybuilding food?

I'd also question some of the content of that list like sugar, flour, white rice, bagels, chips, muffins, pizza crust, frozen dinners, fruit juice, egg substitute (a body builder substituting the almighty egg?). I mean we have all the ingredients to bake a cake so lets add that to the list too.

Pardon my ignorance but I just don't see the correlation.
