1, mmmm...do you really GLAD is superior that a traditional high carb diet??..

2. does it really keeps fat level down?

3. high variety its not a problem, and i think its not at all true, MANS allows more foods in my opinion, GLAD is too focused on low gl carbs, so its harder to control yourself and expensive (quinoa for rice)..

but lets say, if im trying to bulk, you all are the way to GLAD? wanna be sure of that before i start..also, if you are doing CUT MINICYCLES as Mark established in an article long time ago, its easiet with MANS ,cause you dont have to pass thru the adaptation phase..and if you are doing GLAD, you have to do the adaptation weeks plus the 2 weeks of cutting,..am i wrrong?

It sounds like you feel that you must be in a ketogenic state to cut any fat, which is not true. Your body doesn't run on carbs alone when in a non-ketogenic state, someone on a normal balanced diet burns a 50/50 mix of carbs and fat for energy throughout the day.

You can eat everything on GLAD that you can eat on MANS, plus all that carb food you can't touch on MANS, so low GL restrictions or not, there's more food to choose from. The difference on GLAD is that you aren't pounding down cups of cream and cheese just for the sake of added fat and calories, you get those calories from a wider variety of foods instead and fat is consumed more in moderation.

But in any case, the only effective diet and exercise program is the one that you will stick with, and it sounds like MANS is more what you are comfortable with in your lifestyle so just stick with it and see where it takes you.

People who are carb sensitive the man diet is great, but GLADS works just as well because of the Glycemic Load. If you are making great gains on MANS and works with your life style then there’s no reason to change. I agree with you on some points as MANS food preparation is less busy, high fattier meats are cheaper than lower fat meats but variety is more with GLADS. I prefer MANS Diet for my own reasons.
