i guess MANS is good for people who want to build muscle slowly without putting on fat. Its slower than the high carb diet but it works. I seem to be gaining a pound a week on MANS.

I don't accept adding muscles slower. Muscles are already added slowly. And for hell a pound a week equals 52pounds in a year. That's slowly? In two years you would be IFBB  .And don't tell me it's not all muscle, because you said without fat!

I pretty sure MANS gives at least equal chance to build muscle as high carb diet.

Just curious, do you have a carb up at all and if so how long does it last? If your adding 1lbs of muscle a week without any fat gain thats great.
