Well, the mirror time... I'm in love with myself, and think everybody else should be, too. Welcome to being human
But anyway, as far as less weighing? Hop on that scale every single morning and track your results, bud. But don't compare today to yesterday. Compare today to the same time last week, and the week before. This is the only way I'm staying sane, now that I figured out the pattern. My Friday or Saturday morning weight should reflect the low point for a given week, and give me a good idea of my actual relative progress. So like Week 1, my high weight was 222, my low weight was 217. Week 9, my high weight was 217, and my low weight was 209. What this tells me is that I've experienced actual, real weight loss of somewhere between 5 and 8 pounds over the past 9 weeks.
Not as much as I want, but more than I deserve given my terrible 3 and 4-day carb-ups on occasion!

Hi Matt,
Ive taken a look at your profile showing your food intake - I am as you know by no means an expert but it seems you are not taking in enough Protein ? I thought that we required 2.75 times our lean mass in Kg's ? Or have I got that wrong ?
