Can Peanut Butter be an enemy?!?

Postby Groove999 on Wed Jul 01, 2009 9:37 pm

I have been cosntantly debating whether or not to give up peanut butter from my diet. I have been using MANS/6pack abs for almost a year and love it, but Peanut Butter has always been a sticky situation. It has high fat content, calories and protein, but even natural peanut butter has carbs. (4g per serving)

I have a bad habit of walking through my kitchen and having a spoonfull now and then, but I am worried it may be causing me to keep on this extra few pounds of fat.

Does anyone else have a similar experience/addiction/crave for peanut butter, and has anyone given it up and found a positive result? Thanks.

I'm that way about macadamia nuts. There's a post on here somewhere about breaking up with them forever. I had fond memories when I finally dragged the bag out of the back of the freezer last week and threw them away. But I kept it around for months without looking at it or touching it before I could say my final goodbye.
