Have been told by some people there is lots, like 33 carbs per tablespoon and by others that there is none?
Also am thinking of starting the MANS diet with low carb days on mon, tue, thur, fri, with a high carb day on wed and sat and sun.
Am having trouble tweaking my current diet to get rid of all my carbs for low carb days and replacing them with fats... What sort of fats has anyone else had success with?
