currently selling 380g of sirloin steak fillets for £3-49 and sometimes if there close to the sell by date they reduce them by up to 50%. i bought a pack in there the other day and they cost me £1-75. 2 days inside the sell by date. they got eaten way before then!!!

they sell- wlanut halves, hazel nuts, almonds, cashews,brazils,pecan, postatios', raw peanuts and packets of mixed seeds and berries. all at approx £1-50 per packet for 150g much cheaper than tescos and holland & barrat. if you toast the nuts slightly under the grill and put them into jamjars, this enhances their flavour and keeps them fresh for longer.
we also have a shop in england called savers. savers.co.uk they sell all sorts of toiletries and aftershave/perfumes etc. they also sell cheap omega3 and other supplements, far cheaper than anyone else and no p+p. i bought some caffeine tabs in there. they cost £1 for 30 tabs' (same ingredients as pro-plus) to go with the AAK i purchased from myprotein to make Marks' version of the Nox pre w/out energy booster. see his archives.
so i just get it delivered at a convenient time, plus at around £3 for delivery it costs me more in diesel to pick it up!
