hey guys,
bin on the low carb quest since march now and bin experimenting and researching alot of material. basically i started at like 16 / 17 % i cud vagly see one ab even though i'd been training 3 years. so like many, i fort wats the point of training but not being able to see my muscles. so neways christmas ended and i got on the brown rice, tuna and low fat quest, and you know wats coming. i lost no fat and every meal became a seroius mundane chore.
then i stumbled onto muscle hack. i started to read and fort this much be shite then i read somemore and boom it made perfect sense!!! so i tried it.
since then i've gone from 16/ 17% too 10% bodyfat i've lost 10 pounds in weight but im stronger than before. most of the weights i lift nowadays always end up being heavier than i am and i look a hell of a lot better for it. im not stopping though i think i need to get to about 8% possibly a touch lower before im real happy but i dnt mind.
neways the real reason i started this thread was to see how some of you approach ure cheat days. when i started i missed the carbs so, i'd do 5 and a half days then eat watever i wanted till sunday. then i did tspa for a while felt like i was gona die from wed onwards then go mental for sat and sun and gain like a pound of fat. and now recently i've discovered this. now i dnt wanna tread on ne toes or start an arguement. i just tried this recently and busted a plateau.
basically since i've been low carbing for so long i dnt actually ever really feel depleted nemore.obviously i look abit flat but always keep the cals high and get stronger in the gym too but i lose fat. so i did 15 days of low carbs in a row my keto stix were real dark. then i did a two day carb up but made it almost zero fat im pretty sure i had about 10 g of fat over two days. i shit you not i look leaner after my carb up even though my muscles are fuller, which has never happened before. im hoping that because i was obviously burning fat for fuel that my body just carried on doing that when i started the carb up and cos my liver was depleted it never over filled and couldn't store fat cos i didn't eat ne??????
might be bollocks but have a go, worth a shot right???
