Hee hee... I've become a veritable Jedi master of label reading and metric/standard conversion these last 18 months. Not that they've been spectacular, but I wouldn't have realized the results I have without it. It's a skill you'll pick up along the way.krs wrote:Yes your right 30g serving

I just like 'em pickled. Although I don't think I've ever had 'em any other way, honestly. Here's a good rule of thumb though. If they make sugar out of them, you probably don't want to be eating them. I am not as anal-retentive as I used to be about picking out every sliver of carrot from my salads, but I don't go out of my way to eat carrots, potatoes or beets. Root vegetables are rather too starchy for my purposes.BigBeck89 wrote:What about beets. When I was a little kids I hated them, But then as I got older I now love them and all their sweetness, but when I started watching carbs again I have to go without them
