I read in one of Mark's articles that you really don't need to go on a cutting phase if on your carb up days you are eating healthly. But if you are eating bad carbs then you do..So just wondering if eat clean carbs on my carb up days do I still need to go on a definition diet?
Also, on the definition diet does everyone still carb up 2 days per week but start eating a little less fat?
And lastly how many days and for how long are the durations of cardio incorporated for in the definition diet?
