Diet for Other Workout Routines (DC, PRRS)

Postby melville49 on Wed Mar 31, 2010 9:10 am

Are the MANS and GLAD diets to be utilized in more advanced lifting routines, like DC, PRRS?

Looking at the Doggcrapp routine, the amount of protein consumption is at like 400g - which seems excessive.

Has anyone tried these routines?

I've been going through PRRS for a while while following MANS, and gains have been steady, but recently I've stalled. Is the solution to simply increase the protein and fats (and carbs on off/alternative days)?

Yes you can increase your calories by 100 to 200. Multiply your lean body mass in kilos by 2.75 for protein, keep carbs at 30 grams and fats make up rest of calories. Increase carbs to fit into your calories on carb load days.
