Hi,
I've recently started playing Rugby League and have started a THT programme to help put some weight and muscle mass on to stop me getting smashed week in week out.
I'm struggling to figure out what kind of diet I should use to help me put some weight on whilst keeping at a level where I can still keep up my speed. I also do sprints 3 times weekly on top of the THT program.
Any advice would be great as there's so much out there my head is fried trying to understand it all.
