Hello,

I'd like to share with you with my diet (MANS, 30g carb day)

Well info about me:
Weight: 84 kg
Height: 182 cm
Bodyfat: around 18%

And here's the menu:
Diet


Kabanos- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kabanos

Garlic Sauce (180 g)
Cream- about 100g (acctually add Cream to mayo, until taste of mayo is gone)
Mayo- about 80g
Garlic- as many as you want
paprica powder
salt
pepper
oregano
Mix All together

So, what will you say, what should I add or delete?

Oh, I forgot:
Post workout shake around at 4 pm
Meal 4 around at 6 pm
Meal 5 around at 9 pm

It is a good diet plan for better strong muscles. But the main point is that keep this routine in a sequence and on regular basis. Every diet and work out only benefit in way if it do in a consistency. Other wise it will be use less. Use healthy but less fat foods which help to build strong muscles and flexible muscles.

10 whole eggs a day? You'll be sick of them by the end of the first week. On MANS you can have 6oz burgers with full fat cheese, mayo and bacon. Much more appetising......
