I want to start the MANS diet and THT to bulk up. I know that my carbs should probably be around 30g a day give or take a little and that the rest of my calories should come from fat and protein.
I was wondering what percentage of the rest of my diet should be made up of fat and protein ? Lets say, just for example, i eat 150 calories of carbs a day, and to get up to the calories i need to eat i still need to eat 2,000 calories more....how many of these calories should be from fat and protein, is their a limit for fat?
