Hi, I am new to the TSPA program just finished 2 weeks, but have some question to clear, may be someone could help...my statistics
Height = 185cm
Weight = 124kgs
BODYFAT = 34.9% TARGET = 10%
LEAN MASS WEIGHT = 80.73 Kgs
Daily Protein Required (38.48 X 2.75) = 222 grms
Dailt Fat Intake = 145 grms
Daily Carb 30grms
My question is since I already have enough fat(34%), do I need to still continue taking the Fat requirement (145grms) as per the program or else just make sure to keep the carb intake to 30-40 grms /day would be fine without much fat. I am following the current TSPA & THT program. Just dont want to fall in the wrong path since Iam in the Initial stages. Please advise...
My Target
weight 95-100, waist 34-36" (currently 42 ''), Bodyfat (10%),with good built. Ofcourse sexy six pack(This is my ultimate goal)....
