Getting Back On Track

Postby chrissyg09 on Tue Feb 07, 2012 12:21 am

just a quick question about something i've always been curious about. This past weekend to put it plainly i ate like sh*t because of the superbowl this past sunday and a birthday party too. ive been low carbing (more like experimenting with) for a good month now. so i was eating pretty clean prior to the pig-out sessions this weekend. what would be the best way to recover from eating ALOT of junk food? go back to eating normal (a mix of MANS and TSPA) or stay in a calorie deficit for two-three days afterwards and then go back to the usual diet? any help is appreciated thank you!

Either works. You need to decided if you want to lose weight , maintain or build muscle and that choice will decide what approach you go with.
