Just started doing GLAD recently and have been calculating my macro's fairly accurately. Using the program, I am aiming for 3000 calories per day, with protein intake of around 190g. What I have found I am achieving fairly consistently on a daily basis is:
Calories: 3000
Protein: 300g
Fat: 100g
Saturated Fat: 30-40g
Carbs: 200g
GL: 80-85
Does anyone know if I need to try and replace the excess protein (according to Mark's formula) with either more fat and/or carbs, or does this look OK since my calories are right and I'm not exceeding the 90 GL's per day?
