Great tracking tool for GLAD diet

Postby triple on Mon Feb 22, 2010 11:58 pm

This might be old news for some of you, but after frustrations with the difficulty of tracking daily and meal GL's with myplate.com, I discovered nutritiondata.com and their food logging system. It's pretty great - it includes GL's and all sorts of other (possibly) interesting information.

By the way, this isn't an ad or anything, just thought to share it (I'm pretty excited!).

Yeah, it's a great tool. After a while you won't need things like that anymore.

I'm a fan of fitday.com as well. A lot of board members use The Daily Plate as well.

As Antonio said, though, after a while, you know what you can eat & how much. The trick is making sure you stick with it!

(Says the man who gained back 20 of his lost 50 pounds of fat last year... Augh! Time to get back on the horse!)
